The CoBRA jawan Rakeshwar Singh Manhas was finally brought to CRPF camp in Bijapur after he was released by Naxals. “We have brought him back safely. He will undergo a medical examination by a doctor here,” said SP Bijapur.
The news came a great relief for the family whi8ch spent sleepless nights after he was abducted. “Today is the happiest day of my life. I always remained hopeful of his return,” Meenu, the wife of CRPF jawan Rakeshwar Singh Manhas, said on the release of her husband by Naxals in Chhattisgarh.
Manhas was kidnapped by Naxals during the Bijapur attack on April 3.
