Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi’s London speech continues to rock parliament . Both the the houses witnessed sloganeering and were promptly adjourned till March 20 . This is the fifth day on the trot that the Parliament has been adjourned without a speck of work being done.

BJP has been seeking apology from Rahul Gandhi over his comments on democracy. The Congress on the other hand remains defiant and maintained Rahul Gandhi will not apologise .

Rahul Gandhi hasn’t said anything he should apologise for. He never demanded foreign forces come to our country to save our democracy. It’s nonsense. He said that democracy, in our country, is in danger and everyone should know about it. I didn’t hear anything wrong in it, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor was quoted as saying by ANI

Rahul Gandhi had earlier requested Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla to allow him time in the House to speak about the allegations levelled against him the BJP, Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said .

Rahul Gandhi arrived in Parliament House after his return from UK trip and smiled when asked if he would apologise for his remarks in London.

Further The opposition parties were adamant in their demand for JPC on the Adani issue. Congress MP and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi joined Opposition protest demanding JPC probe in Adani stocks issue, in Parliament.
