West Bengal has given a vision to the country & the world – either we talk about Swami Vivekanand, Subhas Chandra Bose, Bankim Chandra Chatterjee, Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar or SP Mukherjee. We have to promote the culture West Bengal, considering it our guiding star.
