Remember the name Bipasha Basu , the quintessential sex symbol of Bollywood ? The lady had scorched the screen with her sizzling appearances in movies ever since her arrival in Abbas Mustan’s Ajnabee (2001) with Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol and Kareena Kapoor.
Soon after she was hot property in Bollywood and mesmerised audience with her sex appeal. Raaz (2002). Her bold daring portrayal of a seductress in the 2003 erotic thriller Jism ( with John Abraham) , 2006 drama Corporate.

Besides films on her heydays she burned the cover pages of many magazines with her bold sexy hot photo- shoots living up to her billing as a sex symbol. The most notable been the Maxim Cover in January 2011. She posed daringly topless with her bare back to the camera.
But suddenly she decided to give all up it seems and faded away as new stars came on the horizon . After a steady affair with John Abraham , Bipasha married Karan Singh Grover in 2016 and since then literally disappeared from the big screen. Leaving many pondering about the end of her career.
However, It has been heard, the 40 year-old is reportedly considering a return through a web series. Basu will reportedly front the Indian adaptation of UnReal, the popular American television series that revolves around a reality television producer. Bankrolled by Applause Entertainment, the web series will be directed by Ken Ghosh.
