‘The Boss’ Bruce Springsteen Is Back, To Release “Western Stars” Soundtrack Album Soon

Veteran singer  and who is fondly called ” The Boss” Bruce Springsteen is set to release the “Western Stars” soundtrack album on October 25. The ace singer tweeted the news.

Titled, “Western Stars Songs From The Film” is a compilation of all of the live performances in the film, which centres on Springsteen performing his chart-topping “Western Stars” album at an intimate show in a historic barn in Stone Hill Farm in Colts Neck, New Jersey.

According to Variety, the soundtrack also includes a cover of Glen Campbell’s classic “Rhinestone Cowboy”.

“Westren Stars” movie, which is a “cinematic retelling” of Springsteen’s first studio album in five years, premiered at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival.

The film is written and performed by Springsteen.

Columbia Records will be releasing the soundtrack album.

Springsteen has become known for his poetic and socially conscious lyrics and lengthy, energetic stage performances, earning the nickname “The Boss”.

Springsteen has sold more than 135 million records worldwide and more than 64 million records in the United States, making him one of the world’s best-selling music artists. His best-known songs include “Born to Run” (1975), “Thunder Road” (1975), “Badlands” (1978), “Hungry Heart” (1980), “Dancing in the Dark” (1984), “Born in the U.S.A.” (1984), “Glory Days” (1985), “Brilliant Disguise” (1987), “Human Touch” (1992), and “Streets of Philadelphia” (1994).
