India vs New Zealand 4th ODI : Clinical Kiwis Spoil Rohit Sharma’s 200th ODI With A 8 Wicket Win

Stand in India skipper Rohit Sharma’s 200th ODI match has ended in a disaster. Captaining India in the absence of rested Skipper Virat Kohli, India crashed to a 8 wicket loss against New Zealand in the 4th ODI at Seddon park Hamilton.

New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson won the toss and decided to bowl and his bowlers were spot on .

In a pathetic batting display India were bowled out for  only 92 in 30. 5 overs. The batting line – up flopped  Rohit Sharma ( 7), Shikhar Dhawan ( 13) debutant Shubman Gill ( 9) , Amabati Rayudu ( 0) , Dinesh Karthik ( 0) .

Trent Boult was the wrecker-in chief with a brilliant spell of 5/ 21. Colin de Grandhomme had figures of 3/ 26

Chasing modest Target, New Zealand powered home with a clinical batting display.   Martin Guptill ( 14) , Skipper Kane Williamson ( 11) were the two batsmen who were out.  But  Henry Nicolls  ( 30) and Ross Taylor ( 37) remained unbeaten to see the Kiwis reach  93/ 2  in 14. 4 overs . Having lost the series, the win has come a as a solace for the  hosts

Bhuvneshwar Kumar bagged both the wickets. he had figures of 2/ 25.
