In his first release after his marriage to actress Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh has once again struck gold at the Box- office. Thus emerging as one of Bollywood’s most bankable stars.
Having starred in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Magnum Opus Padmaavat in the beginning of 2018 , which was blockbuster, Singh ended 2018 in style with another Blockbuster under his belt – Rohit Shetty’s Simmba.
The actor was paired opposite Saif Ali Khan, Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan. Besides the duo the film has Sonu Sood, Ashutosh Rana in key roles. And cameo appearances by Ajay Devgn .
According to a report by BoxofficeIndia.com, in its second week, the film has managed to collect Rs 60.75 crore in fourteen days at the box office. The second-week collections are also the 9th highest ever for the second week. The film has till now managed to collect a total of Rs 211.01 crore in fourteen days at the box office.
